Our family were delighted with the support given to us in planning our father’s funeral. Jade’s calm, respectful and practical help meant that we were able to navigate this very upsetting time without feeling stressed about the arrangements. The service they provided enabled us to return our father 200 miles to his home village and the give him the send off he deserved. We recommend this funeral service without any reservation.

We cannot thank Jade enough for the incredible care, kindness and support she gave us during the most difficult time of our lives. From the very beginning, Jade made an incredibly difficult process feel so much easier to deal with. She was compassionate, understanding and always there to listen, no matter how many questions or requests we had. She truly went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was exactly what we wanted.

Jade helped us create the most amazing send-off for my husband, one that was truly special and one we will always remember. She understood how important it was to us to give him the farewell he deserved, and she did everything she could to make that happen. We will never forget Jade’s kindness, patience and genuine care throughout such an unbearable time. She made a heartbreaking process a little easier, and for that we will be forever grateful.

At a deeply difficult time, the kindness, compassion and support was beyond measure. Jade certainly did go the extra mile taking our mum back home. We felt Jade understood our wishes and delivered a wonderful and moving farewell for mum, she would have approved, thank you so much.

What can i say. In the space of a couple of years we lost my beloved brother and my step father . Exeter and disrict funeral service and in particular Jade made the process so easy and stress free when it came to saying are goodbyes.
She was always at the end of the phone when needed and even visited my step father at the care home when he was on end of life care ,and even helped when it came to sensitivily arranging disposal of personal belongings
