As a family, we felt that we received an excellent service in all aspects and were fully supported by Jade during this difficult time. This was especially important to us as we had never organised a funeral before. Everything ran very smoothly and to a high standard. Jade was always accessible and was very good at communicating with us, which was reassuring. She certainly went the extra mile to make us feel at ease with the process. I can not rate this place highly enough. Having to arrange the funeral of a friend that has no family was very difficult but Jade was incredible.
From start to finish she put me at ease, directed me through the official bits, made calls for me and made everything as smooth as possible.
Together we arranged the most beautiful send off and had a fantastic celebrant to see us through the service.

Jade is kind, understanding and very professional, which made a very sad situation for me a very pleasant experience. She is like a friend at a time I needed to be comforted and I felt reassured that everything would be taken care of. The gentlemen also went the extra mile for me on a couple of things and there were no hidden fees or extra costs involved. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them to everyone wanting to be sure of a well organised, respectful, professional service for themselves or a loved one at a time which is distressing enough, without the worry, as they take care of everything.
