A zillion stars would not be adequate to convey just how amazing Jade has been since our son, Sam Strachan, left us so suddenly on 5th July 2026.
Being a biker, a videographer, and a drummer, there was a lot we wanted to celebrate about Sam's life and a concert / gig seemed the obvious way to do it.
Jade's skill set knows no bounds ... from taking charge and caring for our loved ones, being my one stop PA for everyone involved, programme debugging when a fund page was playing up, to designing Sam's beautiful gig booklet. If this was not enough her care for grieving relatives has been truly overwhelming. Over the past month as we have worked up to the gig we have laughed together and had the odd tear together too.
My Sam would have loved Jade, she is definitely now part of his forever gang. Bless you Jade, your kindness, compassion and skill set have made this whole journey so much easier, we'll forever be grateful that Sam sent us to you my darling xxx

As a family, we felt that we received an excellent service in all aspects and were fully supported by Jade during this difficult time. This was especially important to us as we had never organised a funeral before. Everything ran very smoothly and to a high standard. I can highly recommend Exeter and District Funeral Service after they arranged everything when my dad passed away. Jade looked after us brilliantly and with such compassion. I can not rate this place highly enough. Having to arrange the funeral of a friend that has no family was very difficult but Jade was incredible.
From start to finish she put me at ease, directed me through the official bits, made calls for me and made everything as smooth as possible.
Together we arranged the most beautiful send off and had a fantastic celebrant to see us through the service.
